A £50 / €70 final cleaning charge is applicable to all bookings.
Special rates are available for longer stays
Changeover day is normally Saturday.
The following optional extras are available. Please contact us for further details and costs:
- Mid-stay clean / linen change.
- Welcome pack containing a few essential groceries.
- Airport transfer from Alicante or Valencia .
- Cot.
- Additional bed.
Upon booking, a £100 / €150 deposit is required per week.
The balance is to be paid at least six weeks prior to arrival together with a £100 / €150 refundable deposit
which covers damage / breakages and return of the keys to us.
Bookings made less than six weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full.
All prices are quoted in £ sterling and Euros unless otherwise stated. We can accept payment in other currencies -
please contact us for current exchange rates.
If you would like to make a booking, please phone or e-mail us in the first instance to confirm availability, and then
complete and return the booking form with your deposit.
If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- more than six weeks prior to arrival - forfeit deposit
- less than six weeks prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of booking value
- less than two weeks prior to arrival - forfeit full booking value
Arrival time is no earlier than 4:00pm
Departure time is no later than 10:00am
Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
